Collaborates with various departments and campus partners to
provide trauma informed outreach and educational programming to
meet the office's goal of providing consistent, impactful, and
inclusive programming that is accessible to all Indiana University
Bloomington students.
Develop and coordinate programming.
Attends and participates in prevention programs, program
development and prevention trainings by request.
Develops bystander intervention programs and initiatives to
promote a culture of care on campus.
Oversees It's On Us, a bystander intervention program all first
year and transfer students are expected to attend.
Serves as a member of the sexual violence prevention and
advocacy team, providing outreach and raising awareness about
prevention and advocacy services provided by the department.
General Responsibilities
- Creates and manages a comprehensive and strategic approach to
digital marketing and awareness campaigns.
- Creates a comprehensive social media strategy and maintains
unit social media and online presence.
- Creates and leads campaigns that include awareness and outreach
events.
- Sets marketing performance metrics and evaluates goal
achievement.
- Supports the administrative priorities of the office.
Qualifications
Combinations of related education and experience may be
considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be
substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum
required may be substituted for education.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's degree in mental health, social work, student
affairs, health education, or related field
Preferred
- Master's degree in a mental health, social work, student
affairs, health education, or a related field
WORK EXPERIENCE

- 1 year related work experience

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to
operate a computer and other standard office productivity
equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods
of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The
person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions
with or without an accommodation.

Advertised Salary
$46,695.00 - $48,695.00 on an annualized basis.
Work Hours
Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional
evenings and weekends.
