Product Owners III
- Gather and document requirements for hospital-specific identity use cases, including:
- Provider onboarding (physicians, nurses, residents, affiliates)
- Role-based access for clinical systems (e.g., EPIC, EHR, clinical apps)
- Rapid provisioning/deprovisioning for patient safety and compliance
- Work with hospital stakeholders (clinical operations, compliance, security) to identify access gaps, delays, and risk areas.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into:
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Process maps for identity lifecycle events (JML)
- Support IAM backlog refinement with clear prioritization of high-risk healthcare use cases.

Responsibilities
Product Owner III
- Develop and execute test plans for SailPoint IIQ workflows impacting clinical and high-risk systems.
- Validate:
- Timely provisioning/deprovisioning of hospital users
- Correct role assignments for clinical staff
- Access certification campaigns for regulated systems
- Perform end-to-end testing across integrations (e.g., HR → SailPoint → AD/Entra ID → EPIC/clinical apps).
- Track and manage defects impacting patient-care systems with urgency and clear escalation.
- Support access certification and audit processes tied to:
- HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
- Least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Ensure SailPoint configurations align with audit expectations and regulatory controls.
- Assist in documenting controls, test evidence, and validation artifacts for audits.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Product Owner, III: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
