Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Hiroshima University invites applications for one Professor position (Occupational Therapy Psychological Rehabilitation). We are extending the deadline to October 8, 2026.
Work content and job description
The following courses are scheduled to be taught:
- Undergraduate level (general education courses): Introductory Seminar for First-Year Students, etc.
- Undergraduate level (discipline specific courses): Vocational Rehabilitation, Seminar on Occupational Therapy Assessment for Developmental Disorders, Research Methods in Occupational Therapy II, Graduation Research, etc.
- Graduate level (master's programs): Advanced Topics in Mental Function Control Science, Seminar on Advanced Topics in Mental Function Control Science, Special Research in Mental Function Control Science, etc.
- Graduate level (doctoral programs): Special Seminar in Mental Function Control Science, Special Research in Mental Function Control Science, etc.
- In addition to the courses listed above, he or she may be asked to teach other general education courses and/or discipline specific courses in other department(s) and graduate school(s).

Wages description: The annual salary system (II) which was enforced in October 2021 will be applied to the successful candidates.
The approximate annual salary is based on a standard career history and may vary depending on education, degree, work experience, etc.

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in principle
