This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person.
The Department of Management and Leadership at Texas Christian University invites applications for a Professor rank tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior/Leadership within the Neeley School of Business. Successful candidates will begin employment in Fall 2027 or earlier.
Description
Successful candidates will have significant research and teaching accomplishments in organizational behavior/leadership, with demonstrated ability to teach doctoral-level courses. Primary responsibilities include conducting high quality research and teaching. Collegiality and ability to work with others are core values of our department. The teaching load and salary are competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

The tenured/tenure-track faculty include David Allen, Artemis Boulamatsi, Terrance “T.L.” Boyd, Garry Bruton, Michael Cole, Craig Crossland, Lisa Schurer Lambert, Hettie Richardson, Alessandra Rizzi, Abbie Shipp, David Skandura, and Mary Uhl-Bien. Faculty regularly publish in top journals, with publications in recent years in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, among others. Our faculty have been editors of top journals in their disciplines, held leadership positions in the Academy of Management and Strategic Management Society, and serve on editorial boards of the premier journals in management. The nationally ranked TCU Neeley School of Business has more than 3,500 students enrolled across undergraduate and graduate programs, with approximately one third of TCU students in its programs as majors, minors or advanced degree seekers.
