Position Description

Classification: ANU Officer Level 6/7 (Administration)

Salary package: $98,387 - $113,252 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Terms: Full-time, Continuing

The Position

As Program Coordinator (Governance and Strategies), you will join a small, dynamic and highly creative team dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive university community.

This role offers a diverse and engaging workload across multiple projects, where you will provide comprehensive coordination and support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of initiatives. A key focus of the position is contributing and supporting to university-wide planning of strategies, projects and programs that advance inclusion and diversity at ANU.

You will also play an important role in promoting respectful behaviors by helping deliver programs, services, activities and events that widen participation and enhance the student experience.

The Person

You will bring experience in governance and/or project implementation, along with strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Proactive and approachable, you excel at working collaboratively and building strong, effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.

The Division

The Experience, Wellbeing and Inclusion Division is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. The Experience, Wellbeing and Inclusion Division provides a range of support, enrichment, and advisory services to help underpin the University's educational goals for all students and strives to ensure high-quality and responsive services are delivered effectively to students from all backgrounds.
