Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management, the Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting prospective students for all University of South Carolina College of Social Work academic programs through outreach, relationship building, lead management, and enrollment support activities. The position promotes social work education and works collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve the College of Social Work's enrollment objectives.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work and 2 years related experience.
- Knowledge of and interest in marketing, social media, public relations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work effectively with diverse populations.
- Creativity in developing strategies for lead generation and nurture.
- Ability to manage time and plan travel schedule to visit colleges and attend conferences.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Proficient computer skills with database programs/applications.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
