Remuneration: $127351 - $143489 + 17% super + leave loading

Why Your Role Matters
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of the University’s Learning Management System (LMS) program. UNSW is rolling out a new learning management system (LMS), approved in June 2026, as a major university-wide transformation by 2030.
Responsibilities Summary
- Provide a high level of project support to the LMS team, including managing and coordinating project tasks, maintaining the LMS contact list, processing purchase requests, invoices and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with developing and managing effective communications with program delivery streams, key stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events and meetings.
- Produce reports on LMS activities and other performance metrics.
- Develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems, procedures and processes.
- Provide administrative support and monitor shared email accounts.
- Liaise with suppliers, coordinate logistics and undertake procurement activities.
- Prepare agendas, minutes and meeting papers and presentations for Steering Committee meetings.
- Report on project budgets and monitor project financials.
Skills and Experience Summary
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent level of knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking and prioritising tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in utilisation of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile or Waterfall).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with strong writing and editing skills.
- Moderate level of computer literacy with sound skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and some familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar application, including experience with SharePoint management.
