Travel extensively throughout the year to recruit prospective students.Build meaningful relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and college advisors.Conduct individual outreach to prospective students by phone, email, text, and other communication channels.Guide prospective students through each stage of the enrollment process, from prospect to application, admission, and registration.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and recruitment activities.Utilize the university's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage student communications, track recruitment efforts, and maintain engagement.Follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.Assist with on-campus recruitment events, open houses, and orientation activities as needed.Collaborate with Admissions staff to meet enrollment goals and ensure a positive student experience.Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Relevant education and/or professional experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, marketing, customer service, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively throughout the year.
- Ability to lift recruitment materials (up to approximately 30 pounds) and stand for extended periods during recruitment events.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in college admissions, student recruitment, higher education, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Element451, Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience presenting to groups or representing an organization at public events.
Work Schedule- Part-time, year-round position.
- Schedule will vary based on recruitment travel and event schedules.
- Evening and weekend work will be required during peak recruitment seasons.
- Extensive overnight and out-of-state travel is expected.
