Develop and maintain relationships with club sport coaches and prospective students/ parents.Coordinate recruitment strategies with the Admissions and Club Sports Offices to set and achieve enrollment goals.Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions, financial aid, scholarship, housing, and enrollment processes.Maintain regular communication with prospective students using the University's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Conduct individual appointments, virtual meetings, presentations, and campus visits for prospective students interested in club sports.Assist in planning and hosting on-campus recruitment events, visit days, and club sports showcases.Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate prospect records, and provide reports on recruitment outcomes.Support Admissions recruitment initiatives and special events as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications- Relevant education and/or professional experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, marketing, customer service, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with prospective students, families, coaches, and campus partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as recruitment activities require.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in college admissions, higher education recruitment, athletic recruiting, coaching, student services, or a related field.
- Participation in collegiate athletics, club sports, or intramural sports is preferred.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Element451.
- Familiarity with collegiate recruitment and enrollment processes.
- Knowledge of Utah Tech University and its academic programs.

Working Conditions- Position is based on the Utah Tech University campus in St. George, Utah.
- Year-round, part-time schedule.
- Evening and weekend work required during peak recruitment periods.
- Ability to lift and transport recruitment materials weighing up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods during recruitment events.
