OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse to join our South Denver OB/GYN team and support patients participating in the Biote program.

About the Role
As the Registered Nurse supporting our Biote program, you will partner with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members to provide safe, attentive, and personalized care.
You will prepare patients for their visits, support examinations and treatments, coordinate program-related care, educate patients, maintain accurate records, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Support providers and the Biote program
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
- Support the administration and coordination of the Biote program within your scope of practice.
- Collect laboratory specimens, including urine, sputum, stool, and venous blood samples.
- Assist with pelvic examinations and other procedures as appropriate.
- Perform CPR and other clinical interventions consistent with your training, certifications, state regulations, and scope of practice.
- Communicate delays and relevant care information to patients and families with professionalism and empathy.
Provide exceptional patient care
- Welcome patients and prepare them for clinical visits.
- Obtain and document medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant patient information.
- Provide age-appropriate, compassionate care.
- Educate patients about forms, procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up needs.
- Complete patient records accurately and promptly.
- Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
Help the clinic operate efficiently
- Maintain clean, stocked, safe, and organized examination rooms and equipment.
- Support a welcoming and professional environment throughout the clinic.
- Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned daily and weekly responsibilities.
- Learn and follow clinic systems, policies, procedures, OSHA standards, and established service expectations.
- Serve as a clinical resource for Medical Assistants
What You’ll Bring
Required
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license valid in Colorado
- Current BLS certification
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, families, providers, and colleagues
- Sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinical environment
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Previous women’s health, hormone therapy, or Biote program experience
- Experience working with an electronic medical record system
- Athenahealth experience
- Current ACLS

Physical and Work Requirements
This position regularly requires standing, reaching, using hands, speaking, and hearing. It may also require walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Team members must be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move more than 25 pounds. The role also requires close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation
The anticipated pay range for this position is $35–$40 per hour.
Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
