REGISTERED NURSE: Cardiovascular Center (Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Scrub and circulate in the Cardiovascular Center operating rooms assigned under the clinical supervision of a Clinical Nursing Director. To rotate shift and accept call as assigned by Clinical Nursing Director. To assist in the teaching activities of the Operating Room.

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. One (1) year of current (within the last year) Operating Room experience as a RN. Ability to work with a non-responsive patient population. Call commitment with 30 minute response time.

Current (within 3 years) ability to scrub and circulate. CNOR certification. BSN. Demonstrated ability to handle stress, conflict and resolution. Ability to work with non-responsive patient population. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team member. Highly motivated and organized.

Hours: 40 hours. Shift: Rotating position (Day/Evening or Day/Night) - 8 hour shift with weekend and holiday on-call/shift obligations. Location: Cardiovascular Center - Operating Room.
