Support development and improvement of standard processes and digital workflow tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities and office wide projects.
Provide administrative support across the Research Projects and Planning unit, Research Contracts unit, and broader Research Office.
Assist with tasks such as meeting and event coordination, mailbox management, invoice support, and record keeping.

Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent administrative experience.
