Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Research Assistant in the field of computational electromagnetics.
- Expected to develop computational electromagnetic algorithms to calculate full-wave solution of electromagnetic scattering.
- Expected to solve inverse problems of reconstructing permittivity of scatterers.
- Expected to integrate insights of wave physics with deep machine learning algorithms.
- Expected to solve inverse problem using both non-learning and learning approaches.
- Expected to interpret multiple scattering, from the viewpoint of wave physics.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or closely related area, with a specialization in electromagnetics.
- Experienced in numerical methods of electromagnetic scattering theory, such as method of moment (MoM).
- Experienced in computational algorithm on Finite Element Method (FEM)
- Possess knowledge of electromagnetic theory, such as Dyadic Green’s function and angular spectrum representation, which are essential in interpreting the multipath effect in antenna decoupling.
- Has good technical proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Able to do research in a multidisciplinary team.
- Open to Fixed Term Contract.
