Job Description
- Assist in the electrical characterisation of emerging devices (DC/AC measurements, variability, stability, reliability trends as needed).
- Organise measurement data, maintain test logs, and help establish repeatable test protocols.
- Support analysis of device figures-of-merit relevant to edge computing (e.g., switching behaviour, leakage, variability, endurance/retention where applicable).
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials, Applied Physics, Communications/Computer Engineering, or related.
- Strong Python skills for data analysis and research workflows.
- Ability to learn and use EDA/simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Cadence/Mentor/ADS, or equivalents) and produce clear technical reports.
- Good fundamentals in semiconductor devices and circuits (or strong willingness to ramp up quickly).
- Careful experimental mindset (documentation, reproducibility, handling noisy/variable data).
- Open to Fixed Term Contract.
