Research Assistant - Psychology

Essential functions (job duties):
Manage the day-to-day duties and maintenance of the lab, help with study design, all aspects of the experiments including handling rats, behavioral testing and observations, immunohistochemistry and other wet-lab experiments, set-up and handle fiber photometry and analysis, train new students, design and present posters and help with writing of manuscripts and grants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in neuroscience, psychology, biology or related field and experience with rodent handling, behavioral observations in a scientific setting, prenatal drug exposure research, wet-lab skills and experience with fiber photometry and analysis.
