Job Description

• The Research Associate will work closely with the Principal Investigator on several research projects on using machine learning in chemical and optimization problems
• The Research Associate will help to develop machine learning models for both theory and applications in advanced control systems

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant area, e.g., Chemical Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, etc.
• Experienced in machine learning, optimization and programming languages (e.g., python, Matlab, C++, etc)
• Any experience with 1) advanced control, 2) machine learning theory and applications, and 3) chemical engineering and chemistry is a plus
