As Research Associate (Networks Evidence and Evaluation Officer), you will principally focus on supporting the use of evidence within IMPACT Networks (one of IMPACT’s Delivery models), and evaluating the difference IMPACT Networks make on: the use of evidence to shape change; the relationships between different stakeholders in adult social care; the capacity building of the organisations and stakeholders we work with; the facilitators and barriers to using evidence in practice, and the longer-term impact of IMPACT Networks.

IMPACT builds on knowledge gained from different types of research, the lived experience of people who draw on care and support and their carers and families, and the practice knowledge of social care staff.
