Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience in a professional office environment, with proven proficiency in customer service and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years
Preferred Experience: 3+ years Office administration experience within a higher education setting. Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a proven ability to provide professional, clear, and responsive support to faculty, staff. Direct experience in research administration.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Relevant experience working in an office setting with strong customer service skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills.
