Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in research and development is essential.
2. Strong interest and hands-on experience in data processing, distributed big data analysis, and data engineering; proficient programming skills are required.
3. Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and especially generative algorithms; fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
4. Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals (CVPR, AAAI, ICML, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ACL, etc.) are preferred.
5. Industry internship or work experience at leading technology companies is a plus.
6. Experience with financial technology applications, document understanding systems, or real-world deployment of AI solutions is desirable.
7. Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary projects and collaborate effectively with engineering and research teams.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
