Research Fellow (Cancer Science Institute, AP Yvonne Tay's lab)
To investigate the role that aberrant RNA processing plays in cancers prevalent in Singapore and globally. To perform data analyses, design and carry out experimental analyses to investigate these processes. To publish findings in internationally recognized journals.
Duties And Responsibilities
Research:
- Carry out experiments independently
- Organize, preserve, and present the results of the experiments in a logical manner
- Record all assigned experiments and results properly and systematically
- Analyse data and design subsequent experimental workflow
- Assist in supervising, training and guiding attachment/undergraduate students as required
Administrative duties:
- Assist with lab housekeeping and administrative duties as needed
