Research Fellow (Coastal Protection)

Job Descriptions

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a post-doctorate Research Fellow. The successful candidate will work on developing Bayesian networks for predicting the joint probabilities of extreme events related to coastal processes such as waves, tides, storm surge, etc. The candidate should have strong expertise in statistical modelling as well as the modelling of coastal processes. Familiarity with Bayesian analysis, extreme value analysis and multivariate analysis will be advantageous. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
