Main Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
3. Patient‑centred intervention and implementation research
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of patient‑centred care approaches, including personalised care and support planning
- Assist with implementation and process evaluation using established frameworks (e.g. socioecological and implementation frameworks)
- Work with clinicians and stakeholders to ensure research outputs are feasible and relevant to routine primary care practice
4. Data analysis, reporting, and dissemination
- Participate in data management and analysis (qualitative and/or quantitative, depending on background)
- Assist in preparing reports, manuscripts, and conference presentations
- Contribute to ongoing and future grant‑related activities
5. Assist with any other duties of a similar nature delegated by the PI/Head of Department/Programme Director/Reporting Manager
Qualifications
- A PhD degree in Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related discipline
- More than 5 years of research experience in qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed‑methods research
- Strong interest in patient‑centred care, chronic disease management, mental health, or health equity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate research findings into clear, practice‑relevant outputs
- Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to balance multiple research tasks and timelines
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, researchers, and policy stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and capacity to work independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, especially when working with complex, real‑world data or ambiguous findings
- Clinical or healthcare‑related experience, and/or familiarity with primary care, community health, or healthcare delivery settings would be an advantage.
