You will lead applied research on climate risk, water security and adaptation across Murray–Darling Basin case studies. You will work closely with basin communities, agencies and partners to develop practical, people-centred adaptation pathways.

What you will deliver

Conduct applied research on climate risk, water resources and adaptation pathways across multiple Murray–Darling Basin sites.
Develop and apply numerical models that inform water management decisions.
Contribute to project management, partner liaison, reporting, and delivery of milestones for the OneBasin CRC program.
Prepare high-quality journal articles, reports and presentations, and present findings at conferences and partner forums.
