About You
To be successful in the role, you will need to have:
• A PhD in Health, Nursing, Aged Care or Health related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and/or mixed-methods research, including study design, participant recruitment, data collection, analysis, interpretation and synthesis.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-site research across disciplinary, organisational and geographic boundaries.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, risks, milestones and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with consumers, healthcare professionals, service providers, researchers and project partners.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to produce high-quality publications, reports, presentations and research-translation outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and contribute effectively to multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary research teams.
