Research Fellow (Vacuum and Plasma Technology)

Job Description

  • Have used vacuum plasma related technologies intensively, such as Cathodic Vacuum Arc, RF Magnetron Sputtering and PECVD. For this work, having PLD experience is a plus.
  • To work on PLD deposition and properties optimization of ultrathin films.
  • To do basic maintenance on the vacuum pumps and chamber and other related stuff.
  • To work with closely with safety leads on lab safety matters.

Qualifications

  • PhD degree.

Candidates who are in the final stages of PhD studies (i.e. submitted thesis; pending oral defence) may also be considered.
