Research Finance Coordinator (Part Time)
Are you a highly organised and detail focused Administrator/ Coordinator looking to join a collaborative research support team? This is an excellent opportunity for a finance savvy administrator who enjoys working with data, supporting key stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth financial management of externally funded research projects.
About the role:
In this pivotal post-award role, you'll support the Senior Grants Facilitator in managing and monitoring the School's portfolio of 20–25 active research grants, spanning UKRI, Research England, charities, EU funds and industry partners.

About you:

You will have:
- Proven financial administrative experience, ideally within higher education or research administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain financial requirements to non-specialists.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- An understanding of research funding administration is desirable but not essential.
