Research Project Manager C

Job Description Summary

The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a highly organized and intellectually engaged Research Project Manager to support the execution of a large, multidisciplinary research program focused on biomedical discovery and clinical translation.

This in-person position will serve as a central coordinating and operational hub for a complex research initiative that integrates multiple scientific domains, including blood and biofluid biomarkers, multimodal imaging, electrophysiology, clinical assessments, and demographic data. The program involves collaboration across investigators, clinicians, and data scientists.

The Research Project Manager will work closely with the Principal Investigators to ensure that scientific, operational, and data-management components of the project move forward cohesively and efficiently. The role requires someone who can synthesize complex scientific information, coordinate across teams, and translate research goals into clear operational plans and deliverables.

While the role involves engagement with research and scientific concepts, it is not intended to be a publication-driven position. Instead, the emphasis is on enabling the success of the broader research program through coordination, technical writing, and scientific synthesis.
