Job Description Summary
Under supervision, this individual will be part of the Human Pancreas Analysis Program (HPAP) to provide support to projects focusing on profiling molecular changes that occur in the human endocrine pancreas in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. He/she will perform experiments including tissue culture, FACS, next generation sequencing library preps, spatial transcriptomics and single cell genomics for the analysis of changes in these disease tissues. This individual will work very closely with senior members of the group to accomplish these tasks. Other duties may be assigned.
