This is a full-time, permanent post. The Residence Life Coordinator ensures the efficient delivery of the NYU London academic programme and works closely with faculty and staff to coordinate academic class preparation and administration. The Coordinator is the first point of contact for any academic student enquiries and manages communications between students, the Residence Life team, other NYUL administrative staff and faculty.
Residential Learning, Student Support & Community Development – 50%
- Deliver residential learning experiences, wellbeing support, and community-building activities that help First-Year students develop leadership, communication, and intercultural skills.
- Provide pastoral care and on-call support, responding to student concerns and emergencies while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment.
Residential Operations, Administration & Staff Supervision – 50%
- Oversee key residential operations such as check-in/check-out, room assignments, Residential Living Agreements, and accurate administrative processes and communications.
- Supervise Residence Life staff and student leaders, supporting training, recruitment, building checks, and wider departmental planning and assessment.
