Participate in institutional effectiveness and accountability & strategic planning. Ensure student access to special accommodations in testing due to learning disabilities, mental/emotional disabilities, and physical disabilities. Participate and serve on college committees, community groups and literacy related boards and agencies. Attend local, regional, state, and/or national workshops to gain program information and professional growth. Facilitate the transition of CCR students to non-credit and credit programs. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Education from a nationally and regionally accredited institution of higher learning. Three years of experience in a CCR program, to include experience with North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) policies and procedures and state and federal outcome measures.
