Assists with training of college and department liaisons on the electronic process to notify SFA of their scholarships/awards. Works with the Development Office and external donors in administering, verifying, and monitoring scholarships. Maintains scholarship donor accounts via the scholarship database to ensure information is current and accessible. Maintains statistical data for reporting and research. Researches and troubleshoots scholarship administration issues using a variety of tools and resources. Monitors processing of departmental scholarships/awards in the student information system (SIS). Works with colleges/departments to establish outreach methods. Monitors and audits account balances. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the position. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office products is required. This position requires successful completion of a background and credit check.
