The Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy is AACSB Accounting accredited with approximately 800 undergraduate students and 100 graduate students. The School's academic programs are a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) – Accounting Major, Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA), and a combined 4+1 degree program (BMACC). The School's faculty includes 15 tenure-track faculty as well as several full- and part-time lecturers. Support for research includes access to databases (e.g., WRDS), funding for approved projects through grant programs, graduate student assistants, and a research budget for conference travel and items/data supporting research.

Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a related field to be considered. Well-qualified applicants will have demonstrated the ability to teach in multiple disciplines, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, and/or taxation. Well-qualified applicants will have demonstrated the ability to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and have some record of scholarly publications.
