Position Overview
The School of Business seeks a temporary Adjunct Faculty member for the Fall 2026 semester.
Responsibilities
- Promoting the mission and vision of the TCNJ School of Business.
- Providing engaging, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching to undergraduates.
- Establishing a professional classroom atmosphere that encourages mutual respect and civil engagement.
- Understanding and conveying the essentials of the course discipline through effective pedagogies that undergraduate students can master.
- Maintaining high academic standards, while demonstrating equality and fairness in an undergraduate-focused environment.
- Working successfully and productively in a team environment.
- Performing the necessary duties of an adjunct instructor to ensure high-quality instruction
Qualifications Required
- Candidates must have earned a master's degree in Business or an area related to their teaching discipline.
- Upon request, candidates must be able to provide proof of success in a teaching or training capacity.
