ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility, in an efficient and timely manner.
• Stock product in beverage storage; ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained.
• Re-stock bar supplies as requested by bartender and/or bar manager.
• Report all needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Keep the work area and equipment neat and clean.
• Empty trash containers and deliver trash to appropriate dumpsters if needed.
• Ensure the bar area is clean and organized prior to and post event.
• Maintains dining spaces around bar and club areas to ensure they are clean.
• Must comply with and ensure continued, consistent compliance with all company policies, and federal, state, and local laws/regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED. Food Handler's certificate from the County of San Diego preferred. 21 years or older preferred and able to obtain RBS certification. Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
