The College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences invites applications for the position of Senior Assistant Manager, Admin and Faculty Affairs. The role supports faculty, research, finance, procurement, and office operations across the College.
Key responsibilities:
- Support research and faculty administration, including funding-related coordination, shared communications, and follow-through on College matters.
- Track budgets, process claims, manage procurement matters, and maintain proper financial records in line with University policies.
- Support interdisciplinary events, partnerships, and engagement activities across the College and with external partners.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, equipment, vendors, and workplace safety matters.
- Improve administrative processes, records, and digital coordination.
Requirements:
- Good university degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in finance, procurement, office administration, or university administration will be advantageous.
