The scope of this role includes:
- Stewardship of a 1,400-acre campus
- Oversight of 200+ buildings and 5.5M+ square feet of facilities
- Leadership of ~160 facilities professionals
- Executive oversight of facilities operations, capital planning, design & construction, and utilities
- Implementation of a newly approved campus physical master plan
The SAVP will play a key leadership role in advancing major campus initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across one of the CSU system's most dynamic campuses.
