About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, and stakeholder-engagement initiatives that support student participation in CFG programmes, strengthen employer and industry partnerships, and raise CFG’s visibility and thought leadership within the University and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and deliver creative branding, marketing and communications campaigns to engage students, employer partners and University stakeholders
- Drive the planning, development and production of the employer newsletter, including content coordination (with internal stakeholders), editing and publication
- Prepare and coordinate management and annual reports, gather inputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely submission
- Manage media relations activities, including coordinating responses to media enquiries
- Work with various stakeholders and project manage multi-channel campaigns that drive participation in career programmes and services as well as key initiatives such as NUS Career Fest, NUS Open House
- Provide marketing support to the NUS CFG Industry Relations team for external events, employer engagement activities, and joint initiatives that position CFG as an industry thought leader
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into stronger decision-making and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate across teams and with external vendors to deliver high-quality work on time
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement, visibility and effectiveness of marketing communications
- Drive the adoption of AI innovations within marketing communications to support content strategy, operational efficiency, and audience engagement
About You

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or content development; a portfolio of relevant work samples is beneficial
- A metrics-driven mindset, with a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing communications strategies, preferably in digital marketing, with measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and vendor management skills in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume event calendar
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal, written, editing, and proofreading skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design/email tools such as Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud basics, Canva, Stripo, or similar; knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic email deliverability/template testing is preferred. This is not a high-volume production role, but familiarity with creating on-brand marketing assets and responsive email templates is useful
