Join us at NUS-ISS in a pivotal role supporting our operating partners in day-to-day execution of various training programmes, ensuring smooth learner's journey and effective stakeholders mangement.
How you’ll make an impact
- Manage end-to-end administration of training programmes, including registrations, pre-course arrangements, in-class support, and post-course follow-up.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external training partners to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Monitor course enrolment and attendance, and follow up on registrations, confirmations, and participant communications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessment results, and course documentation, in compliance with organisational requirements.
- Support assessment and certification processes, including coordination of test logistics and result processing.
- Handle participant enquiries and provide timely support to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Assist in tracking and reporting of course data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Support process improvements and ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
What Makes you Shine
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an education institute.
- Well-organised with strong monitoring, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Possesses strong communication skills and demonstrates adaptability in embracing change and new responsibilities.
- Service-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, and a strong team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
