Job Description

Are you passionate about dynamic and fast-moving operations and committed to delivering good customer service? Join us at NUS-ISS in a pivotal role supporting our operating partners in day-to-day execution of various training programmes, ensuring smooth learner's journey and effective stakeholders mangement.

How you’ll make an impact

Manage end-to-end administration of training programmes, including registrations, pre-course arrangements, in-class support, and post-course follow-up.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external training partners to ensure smooth course delivery.
Monitor course enrolment and attendance, and follow up on registrations, confirmations, and participant communications.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessment results, and course documentation, in compliance with organisational requirements.
Support assessment and certification processes, including coordination of test logistics and result processing.
Handle participant enquiries and provide timely support to ensure a positive learning experience.
Assist in tracking and reporting of course data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Support process improvements and ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).

What Makes you Shine

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an education institute.
Well-organised with strong monitoring, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Possesses strong communication skills and demonstrates adaptability in embracing change and new responsibilities.
Service-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
