Senior Executive, Marketing Comms, Graduate Studies (2 years' contract)
Job Description
About the role
The NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine is looking for a creative and organised marketing communications executive to support its postgraduate coursework programmes. You'll be hands-on across the full content and campaign cycle — writing copy, managing social media, producing collaterals, coordinating vendors, and keeping campaigns running smoothly across channels.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the craft of communications: getting the words right, the visuals on-brand, and the deadlines met. You'll work closely with programme directors and internal teams to keep NUS Medicine's postgraduate offerings visible and compelling to healthcare professionals across Singapore and the region.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that strengthen NUS Medicine's postgraduate brand identity, with bilingual (English/Chinese) content for Singapore, China, and Southeast Asian markets
- Lead content creation and management across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — growing organic reach through consistent publishing and experimenting with new formats (reels, testimonials, student stories)
- Plan and execute paid and organic digital campaigns tied to application cycles, tracking performance against leads, click-throughs, and enrolment
- Harmonise programme webpages and collaterals to align with centralised NUS Medicine branding across all touchpoints
- Manage vendor and agency relationships for marketing material production, keeping deliverables on time and on-brand
- Maintain and analyse dashboards across website, newsletters, and campaigns; champion new tools for marketing automation and lead management (e.g. CRM, Google Analytics, NUSHub)
- Produce in-house collaterals — EDMs, flyers, social posts — to improve quality and cost-efficiency
Qualifications
What you bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an educational institution or complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels: PPC, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MS Power BI, or Tableau — you're comfortable translating data into decisions
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix) is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese — you can write clearly for both local and regional audiences
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
