Job Description

We are looking for a driven and hands-on individual to execute marketing and recruitment initiatives for The NUS MBA Programmes Office. This role involves handling outreach campaigns and events end-to-end and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership to deliver results.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness and lead generation
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to develop campaign assets and ensure timely delivery
    • Monitor campaign performance (e.g. leads, engagement, conversion) and suggest practical improvements
  2. Event and Outreach Management
    • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment events across local and international markets
    • Manage timelines, logistics and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth delivery
    • Track registration and attendance, and take proactive steps to optimise turnout and engagement
  3. Prospect Engagement and Conversion
    • Engage with prospective candidates through various touchpoints and offer guidance in their application journey
    • Follow up consistently to convert interest to applications
    • Provide advice on programme suitability and identify cross-selling opportunities where relevant
  4. Stakeholder and Partner Coordination
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support marketing and recruitment efforts
    • Coordinate with external partners to execute campaigns and outreach initiatives
  5. Insights and Continuous Improvement
    • Track and analyse event and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Recommend and implement practical enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Identify gaps in current processes and take initiative to address them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of work experience. Previous experience in service-related marketing positions or postgraduate student recruitment on an international scale would be an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and basic performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Able to travel 20% of the time
