Your next career opportunity
You will lead the Faculty’s simulation-based learning strategy to strengthen interprofessional collaborative practice in healthcare. You will design innovative programs, develop simulation educators and influence partnerships across universities and health services. You will also advance research and evaluation that evidences impact and shapes best practice in collaborative education.
What you will deliver:
  • Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of a faculty-wide simulation-based learning program for collaborative practice.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to co-create authentic interprofessional simulation experiences.
  • Design and implement simulation-based assessment approaches that validly measure interprofessional collaborative practice competencies.
  • Develop and lead programs that build capability of simulation educators in facilitation, debriefing and evaluation.
You may be a great fit if:
  • Hold a relevant health professions degree and PhD or equivalent postgraduate training in simulation or health education.
  • Bring substantial experience designing, delivering and evaluating simulation-based curricula for health professional learners using diverse modalities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in simulation-based assessment and educator development, including facilitation and structured debriefing approaches.
  • Apply evidence-informed approaches to measuring outcomes of simulation-based initiatives and using data to enhance programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with academics, clinicians and health service partners to co-design interprofessional learning experiences.
  • Exercise initiative, adaptability and organisational skills to lead multiple simulation projects and competing priorities.
