Senior Manager, Engagement Outreach, Graduate Studies (2 years' contract)
Job Description
Join Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS Medicine) to lead integrated marketing, outreach, alumni engagement, and business development initiatives that grow awareness, enrolment, and partner-supported opportunities for our Continuing Education & Training (CET) and Postgraduate (PGC) programmes. You will translate market insights into positioning and campaigns, build high-impact partnerships, and strengthen alumni relationships to deliver measurable growth in leads, conversions, partnerships, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated outreach & demand generation (end-to-end funnel ownership)
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for CET/PGC portfolios across channels (positioning, content calendar, paid/owned/earned campaigns).
- Manage outreach plans from awareness through to enrolment, working closely with programme teams.
- Track and optimise funnel performance (lead generation, conversion rates, intake targets).
- Business development & partnerships
- Identify, develop, and grow partnerships with industry, healthcare institutions, agents, and academic collaborators.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, develop proposals, and support account-based partnership development.
- Drive partner-sourced enrolments and revenue across programmes.
- Alumni relations & lifelong learning community
- Strengthen alumni engagement to support growth (referrals, ambassadors, speakers/mentors, alumni communications and events).
- Develop pathways that encourage repeat learning and re-engagement.
- Team and budget leadership
- Lead and motivate a team (approx. 5–6 direct reports) to achieve outreach and engagement outcomes.
- Manage budget allocation for Engagement & Outreach, ensuring spend remains within approved limits.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
- 12–15 years of relevant experience; exposure to higher education and/or healthcare sectors is preferred.
- Strong experience in marketing, business development, stakeholder management, and campaign execution.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a strong service mindset.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills; meticulous and outcomes-driven.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools and data analytics is an advantage.
