Position Summary
The Sr. Service Line Consultant provides strategic leadership, management, administrative and leadership oversight of resources, budgeting, processes, operations, productivity, systems, and communications for key BRIDGE program initiatives. This position oversees day-to-day operations while aligning organizational strategy with resources to drive transformation, improve performance, and maximize the value of BRIDGE program services. This role leads programs from initial planning through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and the advancement of mission-driven goals. Sr. Service Line Consultant is responsible for partnering with OSUCCC leadership to conduct the strategic planning, analysis, and ongoing program operations of BRIDGE. They serve as a program and project developer and on-going problem solver.
Minimum Qualifications
For Hire: Masters degree in nursing, business, or healthcare administration. 8 years of relevant experience required. 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
