Senior Project Officer- Randwick Health Precinct

About the role

As Senior Project Officer your role will support the operational effectiveness of the UNSW Randwick Health Precinct, which includes the Health Translation Hub and the Integrated Acute Services Building. This precinct has been developed to support the acceleration of improved health services for communities locally and globally. Working across the intersection of academia, healthcare, industry and government, you will provide high-level operational, project and administrative support to enable the successful delivery of Randwick precinct activities and shared facilities as well as stakeholder engagement initiatives and strategic project priorities.

Your day to day will include:

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations and utilisation of shared precinct facilities and collaboration spaces.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings, engagement events that strengthen collaboration across the precinct and contribute to the implementation of the UNSW Precincts Strategy and the Randwick Health Precinct program of work.
• Co-ordinating project communications activities and the Precincts digital and web-based content.

Who you are

An experienced operations and project professional with exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across multiple priorities to support precinct operations and strategic projects.
