Learning objectives
The educational programme is designed with the goal of:
- to become familiar with the existing research related to the dissertation topic - both theoretical and empirical literature;
- to acquire the ability to clearly identify gaps in existing research and to place one's own contribution in the context of existing research;
- to evaluate the own contribution of the dissertation to science and practice as well as its implications for society;
- to master the application of scientific methods to solve a research problem;
- to acquire the advanced analytical skills necessary for research activity;
- to apply a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach combining expertise in economics and other social sciences.
