Accountabilities:
Execute alumni initiatives to drive early engagement with graduating students and sustain engagement across alumni segments, building affinity and connection with the institution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support alumni in career and academic-related activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services and initiatives.
Execute alumni branding, marketing and communications (through online/offline platforms, content marketing, collateral development etc.) for new/on-going alumni initiatives.
Support the promotion, onboarding, and usage of the alumni app across alumni segments, while maintaining the accuracy and upkeep of the alumni database.
Support the development and management of university partnerships and alumni-related collaborations to enhance engagement and programme delivery.
Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
Engaging alumni advocates, mentors, and ambassadors to support community-building and participation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder with at least 3 years of professional experience. Proven experience and track record in client engagement, relationship management, membership development, events management, branding and marketing communications
Experience in one or more of the following: research, marketing, events management, stakeholder management, customer service, talent development, and business development.
Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) setting would be advantageous.
Meticulous, organised, able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
Ability to cultivate strong internal and external client/partner relations with a view to leverage towards desired business outcomes.
Savvy with technology, social media and database tools. Familiar with CRM systems, data analytics, digital marketing solutions.
Effectively bilingual both spoken and written. Proficiency in third language will be advantageous.
Eye for details with keen interest in writing, content development for online/offline platforms and collaterals.
Able to multi-task, work independently and in cross-disciplinary project teams.
