Job Story
Join Wichita State Athletics sports performance team where you will gain hand-on experience. Continue your professional development while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position will assist with Men’s and Women’s basketball as well as Volleyball and will directly oversee the sports performance for Women’s Bowling.

Job Duties
Implements strength training and conditioning programs in- season, off season, and pre-season for athletic programs
Consults with the sport medicine or athletic training staff, as needed
Maintains the strength and conditioning facility, and for establishing policies, plans, and procedures for the safe and professional operation of the facility
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position and traverse campus building. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
