Job Summary

The Sr. Academic Planning and Assessment Coordinator supports Augusta University's schools and colleges... ensures excellence, alignment, and continuous improvement across the university's academic program portfolio.

Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• ACADEMIC PROGRAM EVALUATION: Support program evaluation activities...
• ACCREDITATION SUPPORT: Assist the Institutional Accreditation Liaison...
• ACADEMIC PROGRAM ASSESSMENT PROCESS: Support colleges and academic programs...
• COLLABORATION WITHIN DIVISION AND INSTITUTION: Collaborate within the division...
• OTHER: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in higher education, social behavior sciences, data analytics, business, or a related field, OR Bachelor's degree... and eight years of experience in higher education.

Preferred Qualifications

Two years of professional experience in coordinating higher education processes. Knowledge of Board of Regents academic policies...

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft Office... Basic knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research design...

SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills... Strong interpersonal skills...

ABILITIES
Ability to work autonomously... Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; M-F (Work outside of the standard business hours may be required)
Pay Band: B13
Salary: $68,500/annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications... Recruitment Period: Until Filled
