The Sr. Associate Director of Donor Relations will play an integral role in devising and executing stewardship, donor relations, and volunteer engagement strategies. This includes programmatic leadership, the writing and designing of personalized donor impact reports, the development of volunteer engagement and board development strategies, and creating other complex special stewardship and engagement opportunities for donors to and volunteers for Johns Hopkins.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five years of related professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in communications, marketing, non-profit management or a related field.
- Graphic design and report design experience.
- Project management experience and/or certification.
- Experience working directly with donors and/or volunteers.
- Experience in higher education or an academic medical center.
